Meet Darren & Tracey

We’re Darren and Tracey, founders of Overland Adventures and lifelong outdoor enthusiasts.
With over 30 years in the outdoor industry, we’ve lived and breathed adventure — from leading expeditions to testing gear in the harshest British weather.

Our passion for the outdoors runs deep. Every product, trip and vehicle we offer comes from real-world experience — hard-earned miles, rain-soaked nights, and those unbeatable sunrise brews you only get when you’re properly off-grid.

Our Land Rover Defenders aren’t just rentals — they’re expedition-ready icons. Each one is fitted with premium South African Safari tents (virtually bombproof), heavy-duty awnings, and carefully curated kit designed for comfort, durability and style.

We’ve built our fleet using only the best gear on the market, the same kit we trust on our own adventures:
